There’s no need to have a different machine for each component anymore. Just choose the right system that can clean any flexo component in just a few minutes: trays, chamber doctor blades, doctor blades, ink fountains, dirty buckets and pails, and screen printing frames.

Linda was designed exactly for this!

It is an automatic spray machine that thoroughly removes UV-based, solvent-based, or water-based flexo printing inks without using harmful solvents, but with long-lasting, reusable detergents.

The smallest machine has a basket with a diameter of 60 cm, and the maximum size for the Standard model is 800 cm. It then moves up to the Superior version, which features a basket with a maximum diameter of 140 cm.

Linda does not require any specific setup or special adjustments to your work environment, as it does not produce harmful fumes.

SISTEMA SMART DRAIN

SMART DRAIN is a connection system that allows the parts washer to be quickly drained and automatically transfers the used detergent into the decanter, a dedicated stainless steel container that lets the detergent settle for reuse. Maximum convenience and speed for the operator, who won’t waste time on maintenance operations.

SCREEN PRINTING FRAMES

If you also have screen printing frames in your department, with this dedicated option you can simply place one or more frames in the basket and clean them perfectly, just like any other machine part.

If they are flat, the optional feature includes a support that will hold the frame in position during washing.
If they are curved, the optional feature ensures that the spray also cleans the inner part of the frame. The option can be removed when not in use.

It is possible to configure the machine to wash both curved and flat frames.

BUCKET WASHING OPTION
By adding this option, you can also place a bucket in the basket and clean it thoroughly both inside and outside, just like all other components.

SIDE TANK WITH SUPPORT GRID FOR PRE-WASHING
This is a small side tank integrated into the system, designed to remove (and recover) the bulk of the ink left in the trays when they are removed from the printing press. The tank is equipped with a brush.
