How you produce it
It's very easy !

Exposure
Once the image has been created using CTP or on film, the plates must be exposed using UVA lamps for a few minutes.

wash-out
Once the exposure is finished, the plates must be washed with water for a few minutes and the relief image will be created.

Drying
After washing, the plates will be placed in the oven to harden the image on the surface.

Post- Esposure
After drying, a quick post-exposure will stabilize the plate
5
Finishing
At the end of processing, plates are exposed on UVC lamps and then they can directly print.

Can I use fresh tap water to produce Aquaflex plates?
Aquaflex requires water at 0° , easily obtainable through a purification unit included in our systems and a small amount of soap to facilitate plate washing.
i would like to start producing plates but I have no experience Is it so difficult?
If you want to produce your plate but you have no experience, we can support you. We help you to select the right processor according to your production, we take care of your training and the continous education of your team
Are special requirements needed for Aquaflex processors?
No, you only need electrical and water connections For some options, you need compressed air.
