The Letterpress VT Series includes compact FULL-OPTION processors equipped with exposure and post-exposure units, washing section, and dryer, all managed via an LCD panel for programming the work phases.
Ideal for the production of letterpress clichés with steel or film base, as well as hybrid UV flexo plates.
In the Superior version, the machine is configured with:
- Automatic opening at the end of the cycle
- Automatic thickness management
- Full configuration with complete electronic controls
Available in formats: 350×500 mm and 500×700 mm, allowing the production of plates up to 2.84 mm thick.

How to use the machine
It's very easy !

Exposure
Once the image is created via CTP or on film, the plate must be exposed using UVA lamps for a few minutes.

wash-out
Once the exposure is complete, the plates must be washed with water for a few minutes, and the raised image will be formed.

Drying
After washing, the plates will be placed in the dryer to harden the image on the surface.
4
Post-exposure
After the drying step, a brief post-exposure stabilizes the polymer, and you’re ready to start printing right away.
