SOLVENT-BASED FLEXO PHOTOPOLYMER PLATES: COMPACT MACHINES

A full range of compact machines for processing solvent-based flexo photopolymer plates, suited to meet every need. The machines are complete with exposure and post-exposure units, washout units, a dryer and a finishing unit. They also feature a control panel for work programme management and indicators of time and temperature. The washout unit is equipped with efficient washout brushes with built-in or optional sticky plate, depending on the model. The dryer features a suction device to eliminate warm air and exhaust gas produced by the solvent. Depending on the model, machines may have automatic regulation of plate thickness, automatic opening at the end of the washing and other optionals that facilitate operators’ work.

Sizes span from 250×350 mm to 800×1000 mm.

A full range of automatic machines for processing solvent-based photopolymer plates. The washing unit is equipped with a suction device, rotating washout brushes and a dragging bar that leads the plate into the machine. A punch is available upon request.
A separate unit is designed for exposure, drying, post-exposure and finishing, which also includes a computer for the management of programmes and work phases.

Sizes span from 660×810 to 1320×2032.
