BLACKMAT SYSTEM is a complete, cost-efficient and thoroughly tested system comprising an inkjet printer, a special toner that allows excellent ink coverage and film sheets of A3 maximum size.

This film production system allows to create films with thin lines and minute details and it is ideal for producing plates for printing on adhesive tapes. There is no need of a blackening spray because black coverage is already perfect.

This system is ideal for film production and it is the perfect solution for those who already deal with the graphic creation of the file in-house and want to replace their old and expensive photounit, as well as for those who outsource their graphic projects.

In the latter case, having received the file from the graphic designer by email, the printer will be able to launch the printing on a specific unprocessed film, thus obtaining the negative. A huge time and money saver for printers!

The system allows to create films with line screens up to around 42 LPI. It is ideal for producing plates for printing on adhesive tapes and for letterpress applications, especially for the creation of male/female dies for embossing.

A real “keys in hand” solution involving a printing machine with a kit for the first start and a package for assistance over the phone.
It is also possible to have the machine installed at your site. During the installation, our specialized technicians will work closely with the operators and guide them through the process of printing the film. During the operation, the matrix for printing with a film will be created as well.
