Full array of compact machines for processing letterpress and UV flexo polymer plates for every need. The machines are complete with exposure and post-exposure units, a washer and a dryer. They also feature a control panel for workflow management, as well as time and temperature indicators. The effective wash-out brushes in the washing unit have built-in or optional sticky plates – depending on the model – that make them perfectly suited to polyester-based plates. In the case of steel-based polymer plates it is possible to have a magnetic carrier board. In addition, there is plenty of optional functions that make work easier for operators, like the automatic regulation of plate thickness.

Full array of automatic machines for processing polymer plates, complete with a washing unit, a dryer and a post-exposure unit, all in-line. If you need to produce digital plates, you can ask for a special CTP option that allows for better ablation of the LAM layer. The machines feature a control panel to manage all the different programmes and phases of the workflow. The effective washout brushes in the washing unit have built-in or optional sticky plates, depending on the model. It is possible to add a separate exposure unit as an optional. The exposure unit features a control panel for workflow management and uniform temperature distribution.
