Ditomsounds machines for anilox and gravure rolls are designed for large productions. They can be fully customized according to your needs. DS machines can be produced with width from 1800 to more than 3000 mm.
If you have more than 1 printing press and you want to wash more rolls together, you can upgrade the washing tank in order to clean 2,4,6 rolls together at once. Every machine can be tailored according to your production needs.
For those seeking an even more pratical solution, we recommend the Superior model. Its additional tank allows to rinse and dry the anilox roll without moving it.
For printers exceeding 480 LCM th HD anilox option ensures precise cleaning of the microcells on high lineature cylinders.
The durability and user-friendliness of DS machines are complemented by the innovative DECANTER SYSTEM: cleaners used for anilox rolls washing can be re-used multiple times, significantly reducing production consumption and disposal costs.

STANDARD
Standard version is suggested for printers who have up to 10 anilox with low-medium productions.

How to use the machine
It's very easy !

Place the anilox roll
While heating up cleaning product, place the roll on the machine. If you have different size of anilox rolls, use the slider to adapt the support to your roll

Start washing cycle
Start washing cycle. The action of the ultrasounds will start removing residues after few seconds.

Ready to use
After few minutes, your rolls will be cleaned and ready for a new print.

No, Linda only needs an eletric connection. According to the version you choose, compressed air could be required.
I use several kind of inks Shoud I change the product every time ?
No, we have products which can remove all kind of inks:uv, water or solvent based. You can choose the right cleaning product for your production
