AniCAM 3D microscope has been designed for flexo printers who need to check through specific softwares the condition of their anilox or gravure cylinders or flexo plates.
The AniCAM is equipped with two light sources: Coaxial light is directed straight down onto the surface of the material and reflected back up the same path and onto the camera.
Placing the microscope directly on the roll you can check whether cells are clogged or damaged. It’s possible to save all details and 3D visualisations, to store them into the A.M.S.

FLEXO QC software allows dot analysis. To visually check for exposure problems, the 3D view can be rotated and scaled in any direction. Even 1% can be measured accurately, even on flat surface!

AMS gives details about the condition of every roll
Every roll has its ID in the system, purchase date, producer name and original volumes.
Measurements must be taken in 2 positions (left and right) for labels, 3 positions (left, right and center) for flexo packaging, 5 positions for corrugated.
Each time the rolls are checked, measurements are saved into the AMS software which creates the history of the roll
Volumes variations on the width of the roll can be monitored.
All data are saved through Anicam measurements
