Our wide range of products and equipments

Since 1939, we have been producing plates and compounds for flexography, with a wide range of products designed for different printing applications.

Here is a detailed overview of our main products indicating the compounds regurarly kept in stock (*)

Natural Rubber (Minimum order: 100 kg)

  • FC 40 BV: Green color, hardness 40, used for corrugated board and inner bags.
  • FC 55 RED: Red color, hardness 55, suitable for bags and general applications.

Ester-Resistant Rubber (Minimum order: 100 kg)

  • EP 50: Purple color, hardness 50, ideal for cellophane, PVC, and adhesive tapes.
  • F D V: Green color, hardness 60, indicated for the same applications.

Oil-Resistant Synthetic Rubber (Minimum order: 100 kg)

  • FO 55 M: Brown color, hardness 55, for polyethylene and paper.
  • FO 60 N*: Black color, hardness 55, for long runs on polyethylene and paper.
  • FO 70 B*: White color, hardness 70, for extended print runs.

Vulcanized Plates for Flexo Printing

  • FP – PL: Natural rubber, blue color, available in various sizes and thicknesses.
  • FP – SM: Synthetic rubber, brown color, for flexo printing.
  • FP – EP: Butyl rubber, purple color.
  • GID – SM / SA: With fabric insert, brown/orange color.

Plates for Glue Transfer

  • GID DA TR / FP DA TR / FP – DA: Rubber for glue transfer, various sizes, light grey color.

Plates for Security Printing

  • GID 65 PC: Nitrile rubber with fabric insert, hardness 65 Shore A, for hand engraving.
  • GID 55 PA: Nitrile rubber with 55 Shore A hardness, specifically for security printing applications.

Rubber Plates for Hand Engraving

  • GOMMA N 40*: Natural rubber in rolls for hand engraving. Available in various thicknesses up to 7 mm.
