With the new USP patented system, Ditomsounds machines ensure a fast and accurate cleaning also on HD anilox and gravure rolls.
The Ditomsound line is the result of our experience alongside printers which has allowed us to create machines capable of accurately removing all types of UV, water-based or solvent based inks while also supporting the printers in the production process.
We have designed the Ditomsounds line equipment to easily configure each machine according to the type of printer (narrow web, medium web, corrugated cardboard, gravure) the type of prodcuction deptermanet (one or more printing machines to be served) and the number of cylinders to be cleaned.
You can choose a Standard version with only one washing tank and make the tank bigger to clean more anilox rolls at the same time or you can choose the Superior version with an additional rinsing tank with a spray gun for rinsing and drying procedures. The PLUS model on the other hand, has teh entire process fully automated

What is your printing size?
Ditomsounds machines for narrow web are available from 330 mm lenght. They are available in standard version with a single tank or in Superior version with rinsing tank and spray gun. Ditomsounds cleaning machines can have a washing tank for one or more anilox rolls.
Ditomsounds machines for medium web are available from 1000 mm lenght. They are available in standard version with a single tank or in Superior version with rinsing tank and spray gun. Ditomsounds cleaning machines can have a washing tank for one or more anilox rolls.
Ditomsounds machines for wide web are available from 2000 mm lenght. They are available in standard version with a single tank or in Superior version with rinsing tank and spray gun. Ditomsounds cleaning machines can have a washing tank for one or more anilox rolls.
Ditomsounds machines for gravure cylinders are available from 500 mm width and they can clean 1 or more rolls together. Available in Standard version with single washing tank, in Superior version with washing and rinsing tank and spray gun or in Plus version completely automatised.

How to use the machine
It's very easy !

Place your anilox roll
Load your roll on the washing tank while the cleaning product warms up.

Start washing cycle
Start washing cycle and you will see the ink to get out from cells. Motorotation allows perfect cleaning all along the surface.

Rince your anilox roll
At the end of washing cycle, rinse your roll with water and rinse it with spray gun (superior version)

Ready to use

Do we need special requirements to install Ditomsounds machines?
No, you only need electrical connection of the machine and you are ready to use your DS machine According to the version you choose, compressed air could be required.
I use several kind of inks Shoud I change the product every time ?
No, we have products which can remove all kind of inks:uv, water or solvent based. You can choose the right cleaning product for your production
i have anilox with different sizes. Can I wash all of them?
Sure, with the slider and support for different sized anilox you can clean both small and bigger anilox rolls.
How can I be sure your anilox rolls are perfectly cleaned?
We show you cleaning results with a 3D anicam, microscope so that you can be sure. We will measure your cylinder roll together before and after cleaning so that you can be sure of cleaning results
